His rare combination of a Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology and an MBA in Marketing & Finance from NYU gives him unparalleled insight into both the business and human dimensions of leadership.

International Experience

Dr. Uhlig brings invaluable international perspective from his years living and working in Tokyo, Japan, where he held positions at Fuji Bank and the Industrial Bank of Japan. He is proficient in both Chinese and Japanese, enabling him to bridge cultural gaps and coach leaders navigating global business environments.

Wall Street & Corporate Leadership

With extensive experience in Human Resources at JP Morgan Chase, Citibank, and Bank of New York, Dr. Uhlig has provided leadership talent for major corporations. He has also worked with hedge funds and various financial organizations, bringing deep understanding of high-stakes corporate environments.

Military Leadership

A retired Lt. Colonel in the Air Force, Dr. Uhlig served in the military for 29 years, beginning as a military officer during Vietnam. He provided team building and leadership training to over thirty Air Force reservists each year, cultivating discipline, strategy, and mission-focused leadership.
