From managing the work to leading the team
A senior leader came into coaching while managing a rapidly growing team, which had expanded from 3 to 20 people. The challenge was to step back from doing and solving everything personally and become more intentional about delegation, visibility and development.
Through coaching, the leader began creating more opportunities for team members to take ownership of challenging work, gain exposure and learn from one another. They also became more conscious about recognising success and giving people greater freedom in how they delivered results. The shift was from being the person who carried the work to becoming the leader who enabled others to succeed.

Strengthening influence and executive presence
A senior technology and analytics leader was highly credible in their area of expertise but was finding it challenging to navigate peer dynamics, stakeholder resistance and difficult conversations at a more senior level.
Coaching focused on executive presence, stakeholder mapping and influencing without relying on authority. Over time, the leader became more confident in senior-level conversations, more deliberate in managing stakeholder relationships and better able to influence across the organisation without unnecessary escalation.
